I bridge the gap between design, operations, product, and engineering to build/improve services and digital products. Currently, I manage service and product design at Hinge Health. I learned my craft at Collective Health, Alto Pharmacy, Cooper, and Moment Design.
I found passion in creativity and art, and love the job of sculpturing websites and solving problems with visualization. My experience with a/b testing and analyzing how users' behavior changes with every slight modification with the web interfaces had passed me the ability to elevate user experience intuitively and effectively.
